Cancellation Policy – StudioCharm To respect both my time and yours, the following cancellation policy is in place for all appointments: • 24-Hour Notice Required If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 35% of the service price booked. • No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 60% of the service price booked. • Future Bookings Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
